A Vapor Shop is a retail outlet, often online, focusing on the sale of vaporizer products for smokers. There are also several online vapor shops. If passed, the AVA anticipates the brand new law will go into effect in January of 2021. The proposed flavor ban is modeled following the federal “Flavored Tobacco Prevention Act” that prohibits retailers from selling flavored tobacco to anybody in the United States.
